If there are any issues with your 6ix Snapback, or you are unsatisfied with your 6ix Snapback in any way, please contact us with a description and image of the issue.
All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the order being received, or no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date for items lost in transit.

Wrong Address? Unclaimed Delivery?
Wrong Address If the provided address is deemed insufficient by our couriers, your package will be returned automatically to our production facilities. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated/correct address.
Unclaimed Delivery Unclaimed shipments are returned automatically to our production facilities. You will be responsible for reshipment costs to the provided address.
Special Note Shipments returned to our production facilities are donated to charity after 30 days. If you are concerned about your delivery times, please contact us immediately to inquire about the status of your order. After 30 days, you will be responsible for both production and reshipment costs.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations will be processed subject to a 25% restocking fee and after the items have been returned to our facilities. You will be responsible for reshipment costs. Returned items must be unused and unwashed.
